Halloumi Burger

This is a very simple recipe

Step 1  - Slice a block of halloumi into 4 or 5 slices and put in a heavy frying pan with a little sunflower or olive oil.

Step 2 -  Slice a burger roll in half.

Step 3 -  Shred some iceberg lettuce and chop a couple of cherry tomatoes in half

Step 4 -  Measure half a coffee mugs worth of peas and put them into a saucepan to boil

Step 5 -  Cook the halloumi slices for approximately 5 minutes

Step 6 -  Place the halloumi slices onto the lower half of the burger bun, cover with shredded lettuce; and garnish the plate with peas and cherry tomatoes.

Step 7 -  Enjoy!
