Sausage tikka lasagna Cooked 2nd December 2023

Step 1 - Turn your oven on and preheat it to 200°C (392°F or Gas Mark 7) |

Step 2 - Slice up the onion and pepper. |
|
Step 3 - Defrost the sausages in a microwave; once defrosted; slice into 2cm wide pieces |

Step 4 - Fry the onion in a large frying pan over a high heat; once they're ready add the pepper, sausages and frozen peas |

Step 5 - Cook these for around 5 minutes |

Step 6 - Mix in the tikka masala sauce and let the mixture simmer until the oven is up-to temperature |

Step 7 - Spoon the sauce into one of the loaf tins; topping this with a layer of lasagna sheets; repeat until you get near the top |

Step 8 - Top with grated Red Leicester cheese |

Step 9 - Repeat with the other loaf tin |
|
Step 10 - Cover with tin foil and cook in the oven for 40 minutes |
|
Step 11 - Remove the tin foil and cook for a further 5 minutes |
|
Step 12 - Slice the naan breads in half and toast under the grill or in a toaster |
|
Step 13 - Serve and enjoy! |
