Sausage tikka lasagna

1 jar of 500g tikka masala sauce

Lasagna sheets

4 Quorn sausages

1 Large onion

1 Red Pepper

A portion of frozen peas

Grated Red Leicester cheese (to top)

1 Peshwari naan (per person)

You will need two 2Lb loaf tins

Step 1  - Turn your oven on and preheat it to 200°C (392°F or Gas Mark 7)

Step 2 -  Slice up the onion and pepper.

Step 3 -  Defrost the sausages in a microwave; once defrosted; slice into 2cm wide pieces

Step 4 -  Fry the onion in a large frying pan over a high heat; once they're ready add the pepper, sausages and frozen peas

Step 5 -  Cook these for around 5 minutes

Step 6 -  Mix in the tikka masala sauce and let the mixture simmer until the oven is up-to temperature

Step 7 -  Spoon the sauce into one of the loaf tins; topping this with a layer of lasagna sheets; repeat until you get near the top

Step 8 -  Top with grated Red Leicester cheese

Step 9 -  Repeat with the other loaf tin

Step 10 -  Cover with tin foil and cook in the oven for 40 minutes

Step 11 -  Remove the tin foil and cook for a further 5 minutes

Step 12 -  Slice the naan breads in half and toast under the grill or in a toaster
